Patient desired correction of the dorsum of the nose. She had 0.5 cc of Versa injected into the dorsum of the nose with a 27 guage cannula. Care must be exercised when injecting the nose, since there is communication of vessels into the retina. Versa with it’s round symmetrical shape has been noted to cause less swelling in patients. I have been surprised but it’s versatility in the different areas that I am able to fill and give a nice correction. The lips are an area that patients seem to like the results of. The round shape of the molecule gives the lips a softer more natural look with good volume enhancement. It is thin enough to fill in the fine peri-oral lines around the mouth. It has also shown to fill the NL folds nicely in studies and last as long as other well known H.A.’s. We are currently doing a promotion and are offering it at $50 off which is $50-$100 cheaper than it’s competitors.
