LC was a 58 y/o married mother of one who had her child when she was very young. She was petite at 4'11" and weighted 121 lbs. She was always concerned with her tummy and felt even at her thinnest it always stuck out. LC had wanted a tummy tuck for a long time. She had some medical problems and had to have clearance from her primary physicians. After her surgical clearance she had an Avelar tummy tuck at the Aesthetic Laser Center in Fresno.

Prior to her surgery the patient was noted to have moderate subcutaneous fat and her lower muscles had been stretch out from her early pregnancy. Durning her surgery she had about 3.7 lbs of fat removed from her abdomen and then the excess skin was removed. After the surgery she was given Lovenox, which is a blood thinner to prevent blood clots. LC's age and her history of high blood pressure put her at risk.

Postoperatively, LC did great and her incision healed nicely with the help of the Erchonia laser. One month after her surgery she felt good and had lost 7 lbs. Her clothes were loose and she was ecstatic with her flat tummy that she remembered having as a teenager.
