this 51-year old professional wanted fuller natural appearing breasts that were proportional to her body. After a detailed consultation the patient decided on silicone gel breast implants. Because her breasts were different sizes we went with a 300c gel implant in her right breast and a 275cc gel implant in her left breast, placed under the muscle.
