56 y/o female. She was a divorced mother of 3 children who were grown. After working so hard to support and raise her family she decided it was time to do something for herself. She watched her diet and exercised regularly. She didn’t like her lower abdomen and had tried some laser rejuvenation treatments on her face. She decided to have an Avelar tummy tuck along with fat grafting to her face in one procedure. Fat was grafted during the liposuction portion of the procedure and after the tummy tuck was finished she had global fat grafting to her face. Since she was working full time to support herself, it was important for her to be back at work quickly. She recovered nicely and was back at work within 2 weeks. She was pleased with the fat grafting procedure and felt she looked younger and more refreshed. Her clothes were looser and she was pleased with the sculpting effects on her tummy tuck.
