This is a 38 y/o mother of six who had wanted a tummy tuck for a while. She wanted to have her pre-pregancy body back. She went to several other surgeons for consults and was afraid of the recuperation. She was told it would require 6 weeks to fully recover and she might need to use a wheel chair. She had a consult and had the Avelar tummy tuck explained and since it was less invasive and it was a safer procedure with a faster recovery she opted to have it. Liposuction of her waist and hips were also done at the same time to give her a better figure. She was very happy with the results and stated the recovery was not that bad.
